Prepare for our visit

1

What to expect

Your first visit begins with a thorough discussion of your medical history and current injury of fitness goals. Whether virtually or in person, we will meet at your home, office, or gym for your visit and perform a thorough evaluation of how your body moves to best understand your needs. We will then work to create the best plan to achieve your wellness goals.

2

How to prepare for your first visit

  • Wear appropriate clothing that you can move around in (shorts if involving the lower extremities)

  • Be ready and on time

  • Get excited about your next step in your wellness journey

3

Follow up visits and continued care

The initial examination and follow-up visits will include hands on manual therapies, therapeutic exercises prescription, neuromuscular re-education, and movement and sports analysis. All treatments are  performed by Dr. Caitlin Ciccone who believes the body to be a dynamic system that works as a unit and requires an extensive knowledge of biomechanics movement to understand the cause and solution to pain and dysfunction.
